Software Verification Team Lead
We are seeking a software verification and testing team lead to join our machine learning verification team. The verification lead will be responsible for managing a team of testers to ensure that the software product meets the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will have experience in software testing, excellent analytical and technical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 5-10 engineers to develop a verification process for complex machine learning compiler software.
• Define acceptance criteria, performance metrics, and test accuracy.
• Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, provide feedback on code quality, drive documentation improvements, and ensure defects identification and resolution occurs on time.
• Ensure that the software product meets the highest quality standards.
• Ensure that the team is meeting customer… requirements.
• Be the primary driver of code quality.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant discipline.
• 7+ years of practical experience in software testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Experience with compilers or hardware optimized software.
• Leadership skills.
• The ability to work independently and to collaborate with others.
