We are seeking a passionate and skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) expert to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical development and integration to NLP capabilities into Dara’s copilot.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Experts to align technical features with compliance requirements.
• Research, evaluate, and implement innovative AI technologies and frameworks.
• Develop AI-driven features for real-time compliance monitoring, risk analysis, and regulatory insights.
• Optimize Dara’s chatbot for accurate and efficient understanding of complex compliance queries.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP… and machine learning for continuous innovation.
Qualifications:
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, NLP, or related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in AI, NLP, and machine learning development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and NLP libraries.
• Proven track record of successful AI integration projects or AI-driven product development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
