  • Newsletters and Job Alerts: You may sign up to receive electronic newsletters, Job Alerts and promotional e-mails from NLPPeople and its partners. To sign up, we may ask you for information such as your e-mail address and categories of jobs you are interested in. We use the information you provide to send you communications about our services. We also use this information to tailor our Job Alerts to your preferences. You can at any time, and free of charge, choose not to receive newsletters, Job Alerts and promotional e-mails from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link within our e-mails.
  • Testimonial: On our Site, you may decide to provide us with a testimonial about our services. In order to publish a testimonial, we ask for personal data such as your name, company and job title. For some jobs you may be applying by entering information into a website form on a NLPPeople job-board. In these cases the recruiting organisation (the Recruiter) has requested that NLPPeople collects your application data in NLPPeople’ Applicant Tracker System.

NLPPeople will not use your personal data supplied in the job application for any purpose except to enable the Recruiter to receive it, manage it for their recruitment or use it in consulting services.

We may share your personal data with potential recruiters. Recruiters will have access to our candidates database remotely. We contractually require the potential recruiters to keep the data secure and not to use them for other purposes than recruitment purposes. Additionally, we may provide these potential recruiters with aggregated information (generic information on users of our services) about the performance of the Site such as the number of visitors, their country of residence, age, gender and language preferences.
