You’ll become the most senior engineering voice within the AI function and the technical owner of the agent platform, setting the architecture and engineering standards for how agentic and conventional ML systems are built, deployed, monitored and operated.

What You’ll Do
Architect and evolve the production AI platform, covering deployment, reliability, observability and lifecycle management across agentic and conventional ML systems.Engineer and standardise CI/CD, environment management and release processes for ML models and agentic services.Design and integrate MCP servers and A2A-based agent communication to enable reliable, scalable agent orchestration.Drive production excellence through MLOps/LLMOps, observability, evaluation, monitoring, alerting, drift detection and rollback strategies.Lead technical direction across the AI engineering function and partner with data science leadership on major architectural decisions.
Skills / Experience
8-10 years of Machine Learning experience using PythonExperience delivering AI/ML solutions in fast-paced, greenfield environmentsExperience with A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol)Strong AWS and/or Azure experience
