Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled AI & Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, deploy, and scale machine learning solutions in production. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to turn AI models into reliable, real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines
• Optimise model performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with data scientists on feature engineering and model selection
• Integrate ML models into production systems and APIs
• Monitor models in production and continuously improve them
• Apply best practices in MLOps and model lifecycle management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
• Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
• Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to Have
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
• Experience in SaaS or AI-driven product environments
