Hybrid (Dublin 2 days onsite)
We are seeking an AI Governance Lead to help shape Artificial Intelligence across a large, highly regulated enterprise.This is a Senior Strategic role reporting to the head of Data and AI governance
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the AI Governance Framework aligned with EU AI Act, internal policies, and best practice
• Partner with legal, cyber, procurement, and internal audit teams
• Support regulatory engagement and assurance
• Define AI roles and responsibilities across engineering, data science, compliance, and business teams
• Drive organisational change to embed AI governance
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven AI governance, risk, compliance, or assurance experience in regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, GDPR, and AI regulatory requirements
• Experience chairing governance committees and influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to design and implement governance frameworks and assurance processes
• Commitment to ethical and responsible AI adoption
• Professional certifications in AI governance, risk, or compliance
