The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for an ML Services Engineer to bring new and exciting AI/GenAI based capabilities to its flagship products like Photoshop and Lightroom. As part of the Applied research organization, you will partner with Adobe Research and business units to deliver cutting-edge AI/GenAI powered cloud services, to light up exciting new product capabilities. You will join a team of dedicated engineers to expanding the cloud offerings behind some of Adobe’s most successful and innovative creative products.
What you’ll do
• Design, build, deploy and support reliable and scalable world class cloud based services
• Design and architect optimized ML pipelines for running models in the cloud
• Analyze and improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and stability of AI enabled workflows
• Design and implement model integration testing, and regression testing for model evaluation with refinements
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline for a suite of microservices
• Collaborate with product management, user experience and engineering groups to develop new products and features.
• Provide production level support for customers
What you need to succeed
• Several years experience architecting cloud services and infrastructure for large scale use, reliability and performance
• Very strong coding, debugging, and development skills in Python, Javascript
• Proficient in various cloud technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
• Familiarity with AIT, CUDA, and using Pytorch, TensorFlow, or ONNXRuntime
• Experience with model conversion and compression techniques
• Ability to write well-designed, testable code.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $150,700 — $284,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
