Our Interview Process

If you can convince them that you’re good, they don’t really care too much about what your CV says. What they need to see is how you communicate and how you work on engineering problems. They understand that not everyone has the time for “homework”, and that not everyone is comfortable with coding during an interview, so for the technical interview, you can pick:
• Talk them through a “homework” style assignment,
• Work on an engineering problem during the interview, or
• Discuss an open-source engineering problem that you have worked on.

Their process is:
• A 30 min “get to know” video call with two people from their team, where you would pick your technical interview style.
• A 60 min technical interview with one interviewer and a shadow, via video call, as described above.
• Everything else can be done via email, unless you would prefer to have another call or meet more of the team.
Timeline:
• Application Deadline: They are accepting applications until the end of July.
• Interview Process: They aim to complete all interviews by the mid of August.
• Decision and Offer: Successful candidates will be notified before the end of August.
• Start Date: They are looking for candidates to start in October or November.
