Your Impact in this role:
As an NLP and AI Engineer, you will drive the design and implementation of NLP and AI for our Text Analytics offering. You will be responsible for processing text reviews, comments & feedback from marquee customers in real-time, generating customer satisfaction analytics and training and deploying machine learning and AI models. You will use cutting edge technologies and NLP techniques.

You will have ownership for delivering:
Sentiment analysis, topic classification, text based alerting and chat dialog system
Building and analyzing NLP models on top of our extensive text corpus
Building and deploying real-time big data components for NLP
Preferred skills needed for this role:
3-5 years relevant experience in a software development role
Solid Java programming skills building microservices using frameworks like Vert.x, Spring Boot or similar
Experience with NLP using NLTK or similar frameworks
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
