Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and talented Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the chance to roll up your sleeves and apply data science methods and analytics to real-world business situations across a variety of topics Activities Apply data workflow tasks as extraction, mining, preparation, quality control, KPI optimization, modelling, validation and business insight consideration. Apply advanced analytics techniques in a big data paradigm considering multiple data sources Develop and deploy machine/deep learning models applied to cross-functional use cases to increase customer value or operational efficiency. Preferred Qualifications A Master’s Degree in a highly quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, etc.) or equivalent experience 4+ years of industry experience in predictive modeling, data science and analysis Fluent in data wrangling and preparation: exploratory analysis, profiling & cleansing, feature selection… feature engineering, segmentation, clustering and PCA Strong working knowledge on programming languages as Python, SQL, R, data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost) and MLOps tools (Git, Airflow, Kubernetes) Experience using ML/DP libraries, such as scikit-learn, caret, mlr, mllib, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch Experience with cloud resources, usage of IDE (PyCharm, visualbasic) and version control systems (git) are highly valued Experience working with GPUs to develop models Preferred experience with Natural Language and Cognitive applications Demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent in Italian and English Familiarity with digital marketing or advertising is a plus A JOB YOU LOVE TO TALK ABOUT Want to do the best work of your life?
