RCJ Consulting, LLC focus is to provide top notch recruiting services to clients at a reasonable cost on a short term or long term basis. RCJ Consulting, LLC has over twenty plus years of Recruiting experience specializing Department of Defense.
These specialized areas are Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Federal Government contracting including 8(A), consulting and corporate, multi-site, multi-states environments. With over Fifteen (15) years of experience in Full Lifecycle Recruiting for the Department Of Defense and the Intelligence Community requiring active government security clearance such as Secret, Top Secret, TS-SSBI, TS-SCI with Counter Intelligence and Full Life Style Polygraphs.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
a. Persian SPITS Romanized expertise – fluent in both writing and conversing.
b. Shall have a background in linguistic analysis which includes extensive knowledge of morphology, syntax and/or phonology
c. Shall have at least 2 years experience working in the required target language with at least level two plus (2+) language skills or equivalent. Specific language requirements will vary based on TTO needs and include, but are not limited to: Arabic (and dialects), Dari, Farsi, Pashto, Punjabi, Somali, and Urdu. Apply unique language skills, building lexicons which support automated systems.
d. Shall have language specific knowledge of morphology, syntax and grammar and at least on year of experience applying this knowledge to create and improve models.
e. Shall have strong analytic skills and extensive experience using information technology.
f. Shall have a solid background in English grammar and excellent oral communication skills
g. Experience with human language technology system development efforts and/or a background in computational or scientific linguistics.
h. Shall have demonstrated good research, collaboration, and coordination skills.
i. Shall have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be eager to learn and use new tools to help build the linguistic resources needed to develop, evaluate and test natural language processing tools.
j. Shall have demonstrated technical writing skills and shall have generated technical documents in support of a development project.
Desired Qualifications
a. Shall have at least level two (2) language skills in at least one (1) foreign language.
b. Experience with human language technology system development efforts.
c. Coursework or degree in linguistics
d. Coursework or degree in computer science
e. Experience with lexicography
f. Demonstrated experience with language processing technology design (i.e. the design of language processing tools and techno-logies in exploitation of language material.
g. Demonstrated experience with language technology metrics development (i.e. the assessment and evaluation of language analysis technology processes, tools and programs.
