NLP Engineer

We are actively looking for a NLP Engineer (m/f) for an outstanding project in Luxembourg.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
You will be in charge of implementing techniques to create domain-adapted Machine Translation Engine, and
to ensure that these engines address the specific needs of customers of the service concerning MT quality and
performance :
 Application of advanced data analysis and machine learning techniques;
 Acquisition and management of data sources for building improved pre- and post-processing tools;
 Working in collaboration with development team;
 Participation in functional working groups and progress meetings;
 Analysis of implementations made to cover specific needs of customers;
 Analysis of benefits and risks of such changes concerning the overall quality of the service;

Qualifications:

You have a PhD or Msc/Diploma in computational linguistics or computer science with excellent
knowledge of machine translation (MT) or machine learning for Natural Language Processing (NLP)
 You have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in the area of natural language processing or MT
 You have a Strong programming skills in languages : Perl, Python, C/C++
 You have a Good knowledge of natural language processing systems lifecycle and agile software
development methodologies;
 You are Fluent in English and able to write scientific and technical documents
 You are an Independent worker with the ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast paced
