As a Manager of AI and Machine Learning Computational Science, you will be integral in transforming real-world challenges into actionable, efficient, and scalable AI and ML solutions. Your role will involve:

Collaborating with various stakeholders to conceive innovative solutions for new system implementations and enhancements to existing applications, while ensuring adherence to programming standards.Developing specifications, formulating test plans, and managing projects within the assigned scope of work.Designing and building solutions leveraging AI services and machine learning models tailored to unique use cases, utilizing state-of-the-art methodologies.Utilizing advanced machine learning and AI techniques to uncover valuable insights from complex datasets and resolve intricate challenges.Deploying trained models into production environments to ensure scalability, reliability, and peak performance, adapting to integrate effortlessly with existing systems and applications.Crafting and implementing multi-agent architectures that enhance client workflows.Travel may be necessary for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% based on business demands and client requirements.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 years of extensive experience in Data Analysis, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.At least 5 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP).Minimum of 5 years utilizing AI/ML and cognitive services from at least one cloud service provider.Experience (minimum 1 year) in designing, building, or implementing Agentic Architectures.At least 1 year in developing Conversational AI applications using cloud services and orchestrating AI/ML services for comprehensive solutions.A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years) is required (must have at least 6 years of experience if holding an Associate’s Degree).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing and leading Generative AI/Agentic delivery across organizations.In-depth industry knowledge and experience in designing industry-specific AI solutions.Experience building out AI infrastructure and optimizing performance.A background in consulting/advisory roles with a strong history of experimenting with emerging technologies.Compensation at Accenture varies based on a wide array of factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience level.
