Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist cum AI/ML Engineer who possesses a good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning techniques. In this role, you will be responsible for harnessing the potential of LLMs, such as GPT-3 or similar, to develop practical healthcare applications and solve complex business problems. Your expertise in NLP, ethical considerations, and data-driven innovation will play a pivotal role in our projects.

Responsibilities:

AI and LLM Expertise:

* Apply strong knowledge of NLP techniques and methodologies to solve challenging problems.
* Utilize NLP libraries and frameworks like NLTK and spaCy effectively.
* Ensure ethical considerations and best practices are followed in AI/ML projects involving LLMs.
* Handle and process large text datasets efficiently.
* Implement pre-processing techniques for text data, including tokenization, stemming, and lemmatization.
* Develop custom language models or adapt existing LLMs to specific tasks and industrial needs.
* Establishing task specific workflow using LLMs, utilizing orchestration frameworks likeLangChain, LlamIndex, prompt tuning methods and tools such as prompt-flow
* Utilize LLMs for text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and other NLP tasks.
* Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for enhanced efficiency and performance.
* Utilizing Azure platform for all AI engineering.

Data Science and ML:

* Play a central role in transforming data into actionable insights.
* Develop cutting-edge machine learning models.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and drive data-driven innovation.
* Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
* Create AI-powered applications and tools to improve business operations.

Collaboration:

* Work closely with engineers, data engineers, and domain experts in cross-functional teams.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Research and Innovation:

· Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

* 6+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or NLP engineer
* Strong programming skills in Python.
* Strong programming skills &exposure to healthcare NLP
* Familiarity & working experience with LLM orchestration tools such as Langchain, LlamaIndex..
* Familiarity with prompt engineering and tuning for LLM.
* Hands-on experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
* Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts and algorithms.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Tableau.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, both independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
* Knowledge of Azure cloud computing platform. Familiarity with Azure AI studio will be an added advantage.
* Knowledge of GCP will be an added advantage.

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor or master degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
