Overview
The Data Science team at Intel’s wearable Group is a fast growing team developing machine learning models and data driven features for Intel’s Wearable devices. We are looking for a talented MSc/PhD student with solid industry or academy background in machine learning to join our team and help us to solve real world problems and provide solutions that empower our users. The position is for 2-3 days of work a week

Qualifications:
The position is intended for MSc/Phd students in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or equivalent with solid background, either from industry or academy, in Machine Learning, Data Mining, Information Retrieval, NLP or related.
We look for enthusiastic team players with strong research capabilities, strong theory/algorithm background and a good approach on how to use advanced knowledge for solving real world problems
Good programming skills, preferably in Java and R but not limited to it
Industry experience is a strong advantage
Specific requirements:
