About the position
As our very first Machine Learning Engineer at aura, you’ll be instrumental in scaling our operations, ensuring high performance and consistency. You will be in charge of the full life cycle of three main solutions: a medical decision support model for physicians, LLM assistants for health managers, preventive predictive modeling leveraging our medical data.
What you’ll do
* Develop our tech roadmap to build
* Medical Decision Support Model for physicians, to increase efficiency and consistency
* LLM assistants for health managers, to help enrich and personalize customer interactions
* Predictive Preventive Modeling leveraging our data, to foresee health risks & prevention needs
* Apply the latest, cutting-edge advancements in AI/ML research to create these technologies
* Build data structure & systems for patients medical and personal data
* Work closely with the rest of the engineering teams to integrate state-of-the-art algorithms and model research into the aura product
Who you are
* Passion for preventive health and wellness
* Strong academic background and solid understanding of Math and CS fundamentals
* 3-5 years of ML/DL engineering experience
* Experience building a successful and scalable data structure
* Fluent in one or more of the following languages: C/C++, Java or Python
* Experience in LLM prompting, model fine-tuning and with ML frameworks (Tensorflow…)
* Experience building a scalable data infrastructure (GraphQL, SQL, MongoDB…)
* Experience designing and using web service APIs
* Willingness to learn and evolve
* Intellectually agile and curious
