Whom do We need?
NewPage is in search of a visionary AI Lead/Senior Engineer with expertise in the domain of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI’s GPT-3 and GPT-4. These models have demonstrated capabilities in understanding and generating human-like text, making them crucial in AI-driven solutions. GPT-4, notably, is a multimodal model that accepts both text and image inputs, producing sophisticated text outputs. This technology has been applied in various innovative ways, including image captioning, detailed image analysis, and understanding documents with figures. Furthermore, DALL-E 3, another groundbreaking technology from OpenAI, is renowned for its ability to generate high-quality images from textual descriptions. It has seen integration into products and applications, serving various industries, including marketing and content creation.
Your role will involve leveraging these advanced technologies to architect and implement AI-driven products and solutions. You will be at the forefront of integrating GPT-4’s textual and visual analysis capabilities and DALL-E 3’s image generation prowess into client-specific missions. This includes the use of OpenAI’s Assistants API, which enables the creation of custom AI assistants capable of handling a range of tasks, from code interpretation to data retrieval and function calling. The Assistants API, built on GPT-4’s framework, offers persistent and infinitely long threads, allowing for more sophisticated and context-rich interactions.
Qualifications And Requirements
* 8+ years of overall experience in AI, with at least 1-2 years of focused experience in Generative AI and LLMs.
* Experience with advanced AI techniques in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and LLM frameworks.
* Minimum 3+ Years of experience in Data.
* Strong proficiency in Python programming.
* Must have Generative AI/LLM experience.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and integrating LLMs or multi-modal models into applications and user interfaces.
* Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, consisting of security engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and designers.
* Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, from model training and testing to deployment and monitoring
* Ability to distill complex technical concepts into easily understood summaries consumable by business leaders with a non-technical background.
Nice to have
Experience with standup of cloud-based infrastructure and platform services including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
