Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile individual to spearhead the development and delivery of our cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape the curriculum and training approach for a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop comprehensive skill-building programs addressing various aspects of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and related technologies.
• Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor the curriculum accordingly
• Ensure seamless integration of practical hands-on projects, case studies, and real-world examples
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, coding… exercises, and assessments
Qualifications:
• Extensive hands-on experience with operationalizing machine learning models in production environments, including practices such as continuous integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), continuous deployment, monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and model lifecycle management (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
• Proficiency in Python and popular machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Expertise in cloud platforms for model deployment, such as AWS (e.g., SageMaker), GCP (e.g., Cloud AI Platform), or Azure (e.g., AzureML), and related tools
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
• Understanding of data versioning, data lineage, and model explainability techniques
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code reviews
• Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Strong background in agile methodologies, project management practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and platforms like Hugging Face is a plus
