Salary: $62,000 – $72,000 per annum

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of project experience

Responsibilities:

* Participate in diverse projects centered on training generative AI models.
* Carry out tasks such as ranking AI-generated responses, creating engaging responses based on given topics, and assessing the factual accuracy of AI-generated text.
* Utilize your comprehensive understanding of Human Resources to bolster the knowledge base and output proficiency of AI models.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the subject.
* High proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Strong writing skills ensuring clarity, accuracy, and coherence.
* Ability to critically analyze and evaluate written content.

Nice to Have Skills:

* Experience in writing roles such as HR communications, business writing, technical writer, or editor.
* Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in the field of Human Resources.
