We are seeking a senior AI researcher or engineer with robust experience in large language models (LLMs) and agent systems who has a proven track record of delivering impactful product features.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI Strategy and Research Direction

Own the technical AI roadmap and proactively validate novel research directions to enhance cybersecurity capabilities and market differentiation.

Drive Innovation Through Prototyping

Conceptualize and create end-to-end prototypes of advanced AI techniques while guiding engineering teams in transforming these innovations into production-ready capabilities.

Develop Comprehensive Evaluation Systems

Create effective evaluation frameworks to assess agent performance and ensure continuous improvements in system-level AI capabilities.

Manage and Scale the AI Team

Provide mentorship and strategic prioritization for the AI team, fostering an environment that encourages rapid research progress and high-quality outputs.

Ensure Technical Excellence

Work closely with engineering teams to influence system architecture and design decisions, maintaining rigorous standards across AI components.

Qualifications

Deep LLM/Generative AI Expertise

7+ years in AI/ML, with 3+ years focused on LLMs and generative AI, alongside hands-on experience in transformer architectures, fine-tuning, and deployment.

Proven Product Delivery Experience

Success in delivering AI/LLM features in production environments within product-centric organizations.

Senior Technical Leadership Experience

Experience managing AI research teams and executing technical roadmaps in high-performing tech organizations.

Research + Implementation Strength

Adept at transitioning between cutting-edge research, prototype development, and guiding production implementation.

Strategic Product Thinking

Ability to harness AI techniques to address real-world challenges while defining the metrics that guide system performance.

Team Leadership and Development

Proven experience in managing and nurturing high-performing technical teams.

Strong Technical Architecture Skills

Solid foundation in software engineering principles with experience in designing scalable AI systems.
