Work Schedule:

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 3 hours/day

Timings: 8 PM to 12 AM IST

Location: Remote via Zoom (Screen share and remote control required)

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Data Scientist to drive impactful solutions for healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs), along with hands-on experience in AWS services like AWS Bedrock. This role focuses on developing data-driven solutions to enhance patient care, optimize processes, and advance healthcare analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy ML/NLP models to extract insights from large-scale healthcare datasets, including electronic health records (EHRs), patient reports, and clinical notes.

Fine-tune and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for intelligent healthcare applications such as chatbots, clinical decision support, and personalized medicine.

Leverage AWS Bedrock for scalable model deployment, API integration, and generative AI solutions.

Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Lambda, and Glue.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to support predictive modeling and hypothesis testing.

Apply the latest advancements in ML, NLP, and LLM technologies to address healthcare-specific challenges.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data regulations in all data-related activities.

Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Expertise in ML, NLP, and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, RoBERTa) with hands-on fine-tuning experience.

Proficiency in Python (preferred), R, or Scala.

Experience with AWS services, including AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and Lambda.

Familiarity with healthcare data formats like HL7, FHIR, or DICOM and AWS for Health solutions.

Strong understanding of data privacy and security practices in healthcare.

Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing Generative AI solutions for healthcare.

Knowledge of bioinformatics or genomics data processing.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards like HIPAA and GDPR.

Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
