Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and deep learning, with expertise in utilizing tools such as Databricks, Python, PySpark, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM).

The candidate should also have a solid understanding of healthcare record analysis and a passion for applying advanced analytical techniques to solve complex problems in the healthcare domain.

Minimum Experience : 3-4 years

Responsibilities :
• Conduct data analysis and develop predictive models to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
• Design, implement, and… evaluate machine learning algorithms and deep learning models to solve business challenges.
• Utilize natural language processing techniques to extract meaningful information from unstructured data sources such as text documents and healthcare records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows using tools such as Databricks and PySpark.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them in the organization.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s ) preferred.
• 3 4 years of experience in a data science or machine learning role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Keras, sPacy, Huggingface Transformer Models, and Large language models(LLM).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical techniques.
• Experience working with big data platforms and distributed computing frameworks, particularly Databricks and PySpark.
• Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools for text analysis and sentiment analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
