Snap Lab builds creative technology that helps overlay computing on the world around us.We’re looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to join the Snap Lab Computer Vision Team at Snap Inc! What You’ll Do:Develop novel features for the next generation of AR productsDesign, implement and integrate existing and new machine learning based algorithms for computer vision and augmented reality Research new techniques to improve speed, quality of existing algorithms for computer visionContribute to state-of-the-art machine learning algorithmsWork with our computer vision team to deliver next-generation detection technology for AR systems (such as face, hand, body etc.)Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and designers and will develop algorithms to create exciting products and breakthrough interactive experiences. Knowledge, Skills, andamp; AbilitiesOutstanding problem solving skillsAbility to transform ideas into clean, fast and reliable codeTeam player with great communication skillsFluent in EnglishMinimum QualificationsAdvanced degree in a related field such as computer science or equivalent years of experienceExperience working with machine learning methods and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Caffe2 or related frameworksExperience with Cand#43;and#43; and PythonPreferred QualificationsIndustry experience in computer vision, machine learning or related fieldsSolid foundation in computer vision (camera models, multi-view geometry, trigonometry, and/or linear algebra)Experience implementing high-performance machine learning algorithms in embedded systems The annual gross salary (38,5 hours / week) for this position is according to the collective agreement (IT-KV). We are offering a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
