Your mission is to implement and successfully deploy MFG Labs’ clients Chatbots. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team to deliver best in class Chatbots. You will play a key role as client’s key partner, technical team’s ambassador, and MFG Labs’ management right-hand person.
Your main objectives will be to :

1/ Help clients define their needs through Ux design, consulting & ideation phases

2/ Manage a dedicated team of developers and designers to deliver the project

3/ Efficiently deploy the project, monitor and improve the service to maximise user retention

4/ Guarantee the team delivers best-in-class deliverables within budget and timing

Skills (and mindset) :
General Project / Resource management skills: 1y minimum experience leading challenging digital projects
Chatbot applied skills: significant experience managing Chatbot projects with platforms like: api.ai, Luis, Recast, or Watson
Relevant experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies, ability to prioritise and to make decisions in a timely fashion
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership, adaptability, tenacity and dedication
Autonomy and proactivity
Attention to details

Strongly appreciated but not required :
Deep understanding of User eXperience, Service Design and Design Thinking concepts
Experience with Google / Facebook Analytics
Good understanding of Online Advertising (especially Facebook Ads)
Experience with Bot prototyping tools such as Botsociety, Chatfuel, etc.
Knowledge of Ux/Ui softwares such as Sketch, Adobe Creative, Axure, MockinBird, etc.
Knowledge of language semantic
Experience with other NLP frameworks such as Rasa.ai
Knowledge in development (at least Apis & databases, Node.js, R & Python are a must)
Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
Knowledge of Tableau software or equivalent

Fluent in French
