The job as an Assistant Product Manager
To manage the project deliverable of content management, NLP training, and other social channels projects.
To work closely with various stakeholders and department to improve the effectiveness of the customer service applications.
To manage system issues and project risks to drive resolutions.
Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and scrum process.
To recommend improvements and implement innovative initiatives to ensure enhanced performance and customers touch points.
At least 8 years experiences in IT of which 5 years in supervisory role.
At least 2 years’ experiences in Omni-channel projects such as Livechat / Chatbot.
Good experiences in managing multiple projects development and delivery.
Good knowledge in vendor management, project management, infrastructure development management, application development.
Good command of Chinese and English.
