We’re seeking an Applied Machine Learning Engineer to join our… core AI team. The ideal collaborator excels in startup environments, is adept at prioritizing tasks independently, and embraces calculated risks. We’re on a fast-paced trajectory and are not just seeking individuals to accompany us on the journey — we’re looking for trailblazers.
Tasks
• Work on generative video models (e.g. NeRF, Gaussian splatting, Talking head, Facial animation)
• Develop revolutionary ML products end to end (utilizing LLMs, Audio, Computer Vision)
• Contribute to enhancements in the efficiency, quality, and reliability of core machine learning models
• Enhance ML infrastructure to expedite our collective progress
• Stay current with the latest advancements (and contribute to creating the latest advancements!)
Requirements
• Experience in generative video, audio, or with LLMs
• 5+ years of industry experience, including implementing research papers
• Strong background in software engineering
Additionally, having some of the following experiences may enhance success in this position:
• Experience in MLOps (e.g., setting up training and production pipelines)
• Previous work in relevant areas, including facial animation, lipsync, NeRF, Gaussian splatting, super-resolution, video, diffusion, TTS, LLM tuning
• Experience leading end-to-end ML projects
Please note that this position is preferably hybrid in Munich/Germany, and we offer relocation. However, we are open to remote candidates as well.
