We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Cloud Computing, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art NLP techniques and cloud-based infrastructure. You will work on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and semantic search while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive research and development (R&D) initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve performance across various NLP tasks.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for enhanced AI-driven search and recommendation systems.
• Design and optimize machine learning classification systems and multitask learning models.
• Work with NLP frameworks such as SpaCy, Stanza, and NLTK to develop advanced text-processing solutions.
• Utilize cloud computing platforms and MapReduce for scalable data processing.
• Perform semantic search and prompt engineering to improve AI model outputs.
• Develop and maintain SQL-based data pipelines for structured and unstructured data processing.
• Collaborate with full-stack developers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Engage in project management and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
• Conduct research and contribute to R&D projects in AI and NLP.
• Work with programming languages such as JavaScript and C++ in a Linux environment to support AI model development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and classification systems.
• Hands-on experience with SpaCy, Stanza, NLTK, SQL, and cloud computing technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C++, and Linux-based development.
• Experience with project management and R&D in AI/ML fields.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to full-stack development projects.
