About the team
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineering intern to join our computable contract team. This team is at the forefront of developing innovative solutions to automate insurance contract modeling using cutting-edge technologies such as AI, NLP, Large Language Models and knowledge graphs.
Role
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:
· Participate in the implementation of our knowledge graph-driven automodelling project:
• Work with LLMs and knowledge graphs to enhance our modelization capabilities
• Assist in the integration of LLM models into our production pipeline
• Collaborate with team members to improve existing algorithms and processes
• Help maintain and improve our codebase using Git
· Contribute to ongoing R&D initiatives within the team:
• Assist in developing and optimizing machine learning models and NLP techniques
• Conduct technology watch regarding AI/LLMs and Knowledge graphs
• Participate in maintaining and improving the Data processes and evaluation pipelines
· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for projects improvement
· Document your work and research findings
Your Profile
Requirements and Skills
Education
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in computer science with a major or specialization in AI/ML, or an equivalent program
Technical Skills
Required:
· Operational programming skills in Python
· Excellent Knowledge of the fundamentals of Data structures and algorithms
· Solid understandings of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications
· Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
· Familiarity with Git
Preferred:
· Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
· Basic understanding of knowledge graphs and their applications
· Experience with data visualization tools and libraries
· Capabilities in SQL
Soft Skills
· Mandatory: Fluency in English, both written and spoken
· Self-motivated and eager to learn
· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
