The Role
We are inviting experienced professionals in AI / Machine Learning Engineer leadership roles to participate in upcoming research projects focused on workflow management tools and development processes. We are particularly interested in individuals involved in evaluating, selecting, purchasing, or making decisions about workflow management tools within their organizations.
Compensation
Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay up to $200 per hour. You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.
Requirements
Hold a Manager-level position or aboveWork in AI / Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineering, Software Development, Product Management, or UX/Product DesignCurrently use, or are actively considering using, workflow management toolsParticipate in decision-making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools within an organization
What You’ll Bring
Manager-level experience or higher in software engineering, product management, or product design functionsExperience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management toolsFamiliarity with software development, product development, or design workflowsInvolvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools
What You’ll Be Doing
Complete a paid screener to assess your background and suitability for specific research tasksParticipate in AI-moderated interviews/written tasksComplete qualitative surveys and feedback activitiesShare insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs
Key Technologies
Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is required.
