Roles and Responsibility
You will be responsible for the research and development of services utilizing artificial intelligence-related technologies in the Business Success Div.
The Business Success Div. is a division of top engineers, including the developer of the Shogi AI that defeated an active professional Shogi player, with the mission of creating an AI revolution. We develop prediction and optimization analysis algorithms and big data analysis algorithms using machine learning such as deep learning, and apply them to various industries including construction and finance.

We are currently seeking a team member to collaborate with us on implementing AI in society. Our goal is to solve the problems of as many clients as possible. We welcome new members to join us in achieving the growth and expansion of our business.
Minimum Requirements
• Research experience in artificial intelligence such as machine learning
• Practical work experience in implementing artificial intelligence, search algorithms, and optimization algorithm using C++, Java, Python, etc.
• Basic knowledge and experience of version control by Git, etc.
Preferred Requirements
• High scores or top results in any of the following competitions
• Kaggle, SIGNATE or other data analysis competitions
• AtCoder or other competitive programming competitions
• Game AI competitions such as CodinGame
• Other AI-related competitions of a similar level to the above
• Experience in mathematics and statistics
• PhD holders or experience working in a research laboratory or research institute
• Experience in publishing international papers (IJCAI, AAAI, NeurIPS, ICML, KDD, etc.)
• Experience in computational volume improvement and performance tuning
• Experience in building and operating high-performance computing infrastructure
• Experience in project management
• Experience in technical discussions such as requirement definition with external parties
• Experience in high-performance implementation using C++

Conditions / Benefits

Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo

Annual Salary: 5,500,000 – 11,000,000 JPY
・Determined based on experience and skills
・Bonus paid twice a year (August and February)
Hours: 10:00 – 19:00 (1-hour break included)
・8 hour work days
・Remote work and flextime system available with prior approval (core time from 11:00 to 15:00)
・As this is a discretionary work system, it is assumed the employee will work 8 hours a day.
If, as a result of the interview and upon mutual consent a time-controlled labor system is employed, a fixed overtime rate of 20-45 hours will be paid.
・2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays, year-end, and New Year holidays
・Special leave: sickness and injury leave, congratulation or condolence leave
・Annual paid leave: 13 to 23 days – granted after six months of employment
Probation: 3 months
