🚀 Machine Learning Engineer – Large Language Models (LLMs)
We’re partnered with a leading tech organisation at the forefront of generative AI innovation, hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help build the infrastructure, workflows, and systems that bring cutting-edge research to life.
What You’ll Do:
• Design and build tools, methods, and infrastructure to advance LLMs
• Collaborate with researchers to solve weaknesses in agent-generated code
• Develop scalable frameworks for annotation and model development
Key Requirements:
• 4+ years’ experience in ML/AI (LLMs, data mining, recommendation systems, or pattern recognition)
• Proven hands-on work with LLM agents / generative AI
• Strong Python skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Advanced debugging & problem-solving ability
• Experience running large-scale ML experiments
• Master’s (or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
Bonus:
• Research track record (publications, Kaggle Master)
• Backend (APIs) + frontend (React/JavaScript) experience for annotation tools
Contract
• Outside IR35
• 6-12 Months (Likeliness to Extend)
• Remote – UK Based
