Maxim Khalilov
Maxim is an AI and Data Science Executive with 15+ years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing and enterprise AI. He is currently Director of Data Science at PepsiCo, where he leads demand forecasting, predictive analytics and supply chain optimisation, and has previously held leadership roles at Glovo, Unbabel and Booking.com. He holds a PhD in Statistical Machine Translation and an MBA from IE Business School, and has published 40+ papers.

Alexander Raginsky
Alex is a GenAI and NLP software engineer with extensive experience building AI-powered solutions across conversational AI, search, machine translation and knowledge discovery. His recent work focuses on generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and LLM-powered data and knowledge systems that combine language models with structured and unstructured data. He has deep expertise in Python and C/C++ and a track record of taking complex AI from research to production.
