Grants For Students
We are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of student bursaries to enable students new to the field to attend the marathon. These bursaries are aimed principally at first year PhD students or equivalent, who don’t have their own travel support.
To apply for one of these bursaries, please submit a brief statement explaining why you would benefit from the bursary, accompanied by a supporting statement from your supervisor, and include your name, email address, and institution. The full application should not exceed one page – longer applications will be rejected.
Applications should be submitted to the local organisers at lanes AT illinois DOT edu not later than April 30th
