Solely responsible for the development of use cases and overarching strategy for Health Rewards across products, segments and clients.

Responsible for building and directing the analytics which is critical to developing a novel and best in the industry Health Rewards program.
Industry leader in innovative ideas in consumer focused rewards, incentives and behavior analytics. Behavioral insights will play an essential role in driving and optimizing proactive engagement with members and empower consumers to live healthier lives.
12 years experience providing actionable insight in business
8+ years experience strategy consulting or on strategy teams in large companies
Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Maths, Computer Science or Engineering (master’s degree considered)
At least 8 years of experience of applying Machine Learning techniques for the purposes of business insight
experience and understanding of Deep learning methodologies
Experience of working with Hadoop, Pig or Hive
Prior exposure to NLP methodologies & toolkits would be a plus
