The Senior Software Developer will assist the Lead Developer as part of the Web Services team within IT Operations in the effort to design, develop, and implement new AI, Conversational Commerce, and Chat Bot solutions and experiences to market based on emerging technologies as the company continues to grow in both the domestic and international marketplaces.

Experienced.  You have 4+ years’ hands-on experience with common software design patterns. You have 2 years’ experience with modern NLP and bot frameworks such as the Microsoft Bot Framework, including LUIS NLP, QnA Maker, Azure Bot Service, and have built chat bot and/or digital agents using C# in an Agile environment. You can prepare Chat Bot storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. You have some degree of familiarity with Visual Studio Team Services (or TFS), and have some experience building solutions with current front-end technologies (CSS3, HTML5, modern JavaScript libraries). You have experience building and consuming APIs, including RESTful web services, and integrating chat bot solutions with external data sources. Experience integrating with Azure-hosted data sources and the MS Cognitive Services platform is highly desirable.

Meticulous and creative. You have an innate and highly developed talent for well crafted, intuitive, modern UI/UX/CX design in the solutions you craft. Your code is well commented, legible, and documented.

Educated: You possess a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, ideally with an emphasis on software development.
