The Technical Product Manager is a leadership position tasked with representing the voice of the customer and vision of the product throughout an Agile development process. You will be both hands-on as wells providing direct leadership, coaching, mentorship to product managers, products owners, and Agile Development Teams. You are responsible for working with key stakeholders from across the company to bring a voice and story to the customer feature requests, new product features and technical features that the team will develop. You will help prioritize feature development across multiple Scrum groups.

Job Description

We need a dynamic and smart individual to spearhead the development of our new chatbot service. You will work with a team of developers to design a natural language interface experience for our LifeLock service – complementing our current service and developing unique features using our chatbot and AI platform.

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience building chatbot solutions in high scale production environments, producing seamless and high-quality interactions.
You are expert in some of the key AI/Chatbot platforms, such as DialogFlow/Api.ai, Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Cognitive Services, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Wit.ai, , etc.
You successfully deployed chatbots on common messaging and chat services like Facebook Messenger.
You have a strong understanding of the NLP space (natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, personality insight…), and you have leveraged several existing services and libraries (integration, configuration, training, continuous learning).
You are well versed to voiced based processing (text to speech, speech to text) and you already delivered several voice apps built on top of the Amazon Alexa or Google Home.
Ideally, you are familiar with Machine and Deep Learning algorithms and platforms.

SQL skills – must have, our product utilizes and generates lots of data – you need to know how to get it and use it
Statistics – experience/ knowledge about the correct application of statistics, probability, and machine learning to describe user behavior, identity problems and finding solutions
Communications Skills – able to communicate ideas and influence in a large group setting through presentation skills or just by speaking up
Agile Process – a complete understanding about how to lead an agile team as a product owner, including prioritizing, breaking down stories with developers to the smallest possible deliverables
Development Creds – you don’t need to be a senior architect – but having software development in your background is a huge plus – you should not be afraid to look at code to understand how your product works.
