Lastly do you enjoy solving problems? Product Management at Kira Systems is about understanding customer needs and helping to solve the underlying problems they have with our product. It’s about looking deeper than what the customers are asking for and understanding what their pain points are and helping us produce a product that addresses the actual problem.

Kira Systems is looking for a Product Manager for its market-leading machine learning contract review and analysis platform. You will work with customers to uncover and document important, unmet needs, and collaborate with our Development, Systems, and Marketing teams to bring new features to market.

Understand market requirements and customer feedback in collaboration with our Marketing and Sales teams.

Research and understand competitive landscape.

Create and maintain roadmap of development priorities, working in collaboration with the Development teams for sizing and estimation.

Write stories and requirements based on priority roadmap, and constantly prioritize and groom the backlog.

Collaborate with the Development team leads to clearly communicate the intent and acceptance criteria for requirements.

Serve as the product’s representative during the development process to make decisions as the need arises.

Strategically identify, source, and manage relationships with integration partners.

Work with our technical writer and our marketing team to create documentation, sample code, and other resources for customers.


Kira Systems


University degree.

At least 3 years experience in B2B product management, preferably on a product aimed at professional users such as lawyers, consultants and accountants.

Experience with corporate transactions workflow is a plus, and experience with electronic discovery or similar document review workflow tools is a plus.

Familiarity with natural language processing, machine learning, and process automation is a plus.

Demonstrated analytical skill, attention to detail.

You are a meticulous but efficient in your communication, and you document your work.

You take an evidence-driven approach. You are self-aware of your own biases. For you, “agile” is a means, not an end.
