Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Principal Product Manager to join our team and help drive the evolution within our product suite, more specifically our AI, Machine Learning and NLP technology and solutions within data and insights teams. You will be leading the future of these exciting domain areas, responsible for building capabilities at scale to support both our enterprise and consumer products, and finding innovative solutions to complex technology challenges.

This role is for you if you are a product leader with a deep understanding of user-first feature development, experience with SaaS products, and a passion to change recruiting forever. Already has great experience within AI, ML and/or NLP. You will own product strategy and vision, and will work closely with cross functional teams to bring products from conception to implementation and beyond. We believe in continuous features improvement, as well as in rigorous measurement of their impact on our users so need leaders who seek and thrive on data.

Your ability to research, be creative, display grit, lead, and listen will determine the future of the product. This is an interdisciplinary role: you will work with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to deliver a world-class product. You will launch new products and expand on existing capabilities that support our mission of connecting people to jobs to scale, and that will be used by recruiting teams at thousands of companies worldwide.

You’ll join a supportive, diverse group of talented Product Managers, Designers and Engineers in Europe and the US. We are looking for someone who will love recruiting technology innovation as much as we do!




Experience building AI, Matching Engines, Analytics and Intelligence, and/or API products, and/or NLP; effectively working with data science and data engineering teams to deliver thoughtful productionised solutions
Ability to make things happen and find the best solution forward across a complex product portfolio
Ability to turn complexity and uncertainty into awesomeness
Self-starter with with an appetite and ability to own a large part of the product
Extensive product management experience, ideally in SaaS B2B
Deep understanding of how software products leverage machine learning algorithms
Excellent coaching skills; we believe in building empowered teams
Experience in product internationalisation and localisation, or in building for global audiences
Keen interest in technological innovation and the recruitment market
Empathy and active listening
Penchant for data-informed decision-making
Excellent communication skills; can effectively inspire team members and stakeholders in seeing the impact and opportunity ahead
Highly collaborative and can lead across multiple teams and complex areas
Attention to detail
Fluent in English
