Our lab is a place where engineers, researchers and language experts work together on innovative products for multi-lingual European market. We use cutting edge machine learning techniques, big-scale data and adequate computational resources to develop future human language technologies.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing software for natural language processing (NLP).
Managing big datasets and training machine learning systems.
Evaluating and optimizing systems for natural language processing.
Collaboration with other experts and R&D institutions

Qualifications:
Requierements
Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics or related fields.
Professional programming skills in C/C++.
Knowledge of Linux environment and scripting languages (Perl or Python).
Interest or earlier experience in Natural Language Processing, Text Mining or related fields.
Being a plus
PhD degree, research experience and publications in the area of natural language processing.
Practical knowledge of natural language processing toolkits such as NLTK, OpenNLP, CoreNLP, UIMA, LingPipe or MALLET.
Strong programming skills in Java, Perl, Python, Scheme or Haskell.
General knowledge of finite-state and statistical approaches to language processing.
Experience with language processing sub-domain(s), e.g. part-of-speech tagging, word sense disambiguation, named entity recognition, topic detection, syntactic parsing, semantic parsing, language modeling or translation modeling.
Experience with cloud computing, big data or distributed computing.
Knowledge of other foreign languages
