We are hiring a AI and Machine Learning Engineer with the ability to create scalable chatbot and natural conversational UX across a variety of platforms.
As a AI and Machine Learning Engineer you will help us create delightful customer experiences that will have a direct impact on the bottom line of our businesses.
You should have demonstrated experience building and deploying chatbots and conversational user experiences utilizing advanced machine learning/artificial Intelligence concepts: Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms and optimization, with a deep understanding of data analysis, exploration, statistics, and general system design.
Design and Develop Chatbot products and improve product strategy to accelerate company growth.
Grow our chatbot and conversational UX projects and product so that it is a driver of innovation and growth for the company.
Partner with 3rd party platforms (Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Chatfuel, Telegram, Slack) and define the strategic relationships, deciding when to incorporate new platform features into the product.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business Development, and other teams to make innovative ideas become product realities.
Lead data analysis to know the chatbot product inside and out, understanding how customers use the product and what they ask the product (what they type)
Use statistics, NLP and machine learning techniques to create scalable solutions for large scale business problems
Draft content for our AI chatbot and define an efficient process for identifying targeted follow-up questions based on keywords.
You must have experience in one or more of the following areas: recommendation systems, pattern recognition, predictive modeling, natural language processing, text analysis, large-scale data mining.
You must be able to transform and analyze data using various tools and Statistical analysis languages: R, Python, SQL, SparkML, TensorFlow, Theano, or H2O.
You should have experience as a Software Engineer or startup Founder, and have launched multiple successful chatbot and conversational products and features, preferably on multiple platforms (Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp,, Chatfuel, Telegram, Slack)
5+ years of experience in applying, development and validation of machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence to real customer and business problems.
2+ years in creating chatbot, conversational UX, and machine learning in a B2B or consumer internet company.
Extensive knowledge with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence concepts and algorithm.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: recommendation systems, pattern recognition, and large-scale data mining.
Ability to work and communicate in English with global and multicultural teams.
B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Informatics, or related technical field.
