What would I be doing?
Data science is a core, central component of the Adthena product so you’ll be collaborating closely with the engineering and product management teams. You will have full freedom to use your expertise in machine learning to solve the task at hand.
You’ll be researching, inventing and maintaining all machine learning and artificial intelligence at Adthena
Building out the Data Science Team – you’ll have great input into deciding which technology we use and hiring more people into the function
You will be prototyping new learning algorithms that underpin our core product already used by some of the world’s biggest brands. These describe things like click through rates, spend estimates, adcopy effectiveness etc.
You’ll also be extending our patented relevancy process and inventing new data-driven features. These are challenging, unsolved data problems applicable to thousands of major enterprises globally.
Do I have what it takes?
You will have a genuine passion for engineering and writing code. Our team love what they do and are involved in a range of community development projects outside of the work environment.
We would like you to have worked commercially in data science and engineering teams in a senior capacity in your previous role.
You’ll be someone who loves data science and machine learning, and be someone who can proactively lead it from the front here at Adthena.
You are expected to have strong set of skills in machine learning, including regression models, classification models, natural language processing, neural networks, convolutional neural networks, and neural embeddings.
Strong Python programming skills are also a must, and you must be able to show you are able to put your machine learning models into production
