Perform exploratory and statistical analyses to understand and predict our customer behaviours, identify bottlenecks, and answer critical business questions.
Build and deploy scalable machine learning models and oversee their performance against KPIs.
Forecast our users’ conversion, engagement, and churn with rigorous statistical models
Empower various teams to use Lifetime Value data through the creation of easy to use data views and tools
Build trust algorithms that to replace user–dependent reputation systems.

Been a data scientist or software engineer for 5+ years.
Significant experience with NLP toolkits, e.g. NLTK.
Experience with building machine learning models, e.g. Scikit–Learn or Pytorch.
A solid statistics background.
Experience in dealing with large data sets and creating scalable and replicable solutions for analysis and modelling.
Passion for understanding user behaviour and building solutions to optimise customer experience and growth.
Excellent communication skills and an innate ability to tell stories with data.
