Overview

The Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics at the Florida State University invites applications for a 9 month tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Computational Linguistics beginning August 2022. Applicants must have a PhD from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in Linguistics, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field. Applicants must have met the requirements for the  degree by the time of appointment. The successful candidate will contribute to our BA/BS in Linguistics as well as our graduate programs and will be expected to teach two courses per semester at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.
