Your future duties and responsibilities

As a Conversational AI Designer you work on innovative customer experience projects in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning.

It is your passion to create and deliver conversational flows for customers that empower tangible, outcome orientated customer experiences improving time to value and reducing complexity. You are used to working in a pioneering position driving innovative change and you are an important point of contact and actively involved with stakeholders and project delivery. You will be responsible for consulting customers and designing the conversational flows.

Qualifications:

Solving conversational issues is really your thing as a Conversational AI Designer and with the help of NLP you are able to deliver great added value to improving customer experience.

In addition, you have:

Experience with driving change in customer experience or online optimisation is a must.
Demonstratable experience of designing conversational flows
Knowledge of supporting NLP technologies (eg Google DF, IBM Watson, MS LUIS, RASA);
Familiarity with one or more conversational Ai platforms would be an advantage
New NLP-based ideas on how existing Intent Classification can continue to be enhanced and scaled up;
Preferably experience with JavaScript (Node.js, TypeScript), Java/Groovy, AWS and Azure;
Analytical capabilities to extract insights from data;
Understanding of API led microservices architecture and how APIs can enhance conversational experiences
