We’re partnering with a growing organization in the construction & building materials space seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions that drive real business impact.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll work across the full lifecycle—from data pipelines to production deployment—while helping shape AI strategy and technical standards.

🚀 What You’ll Do

AI Model Development & Engineering

Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business challengesDevelop scalable model architectures using Python and modern ML frameworksApply advanced techniques including:NLPPredictive modelingComputer visionGenerative AIEnd-to-End ML Pipelines

Build and manage full ML pipelines:Data ingestionFeature engineeringModel training & validationDeployment & monitoringWork with large structured and unstructured datasetsContinuously improve model performance through testing and optimizationCloud & Production Deployment

Deploy AI solutions into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Integrate models into enterprise systems, APIs, and operational workflowsImplement monitoring for model performance, reliability, and driftArchitecture & Technical Leadership

Architect scalable, secure AI systems aligned to business needsDefine best practices for model development, deployment, and lifecycle managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value AI opportunitiesProvide technical guidance and mentorship when needed✅ What You Bring

5+ years of software development experience3+ years focused on AI / machine learning / advanced analyticsStrong experience building and deploying ML models in production environmentsProficiency with:PythonTensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learnSQL (complex queries & data prep)Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive modelsExperience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems or APIsHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills⭐ Nice to Have

Experience mentoring or leading technical effortsBackground integrating with ERP or operational systemsExposure to manufacturing, construction, or field-based industries💰 Compensation

Base Salary: $120K – $140KBonus: Performance-based bonus included🎯 Why This Role?
